Is there a minimum value of an order?
Yes, there is a minimum amount of $30 for an order placed (not including the delivery fee or discounts).
I cannot find an item in the shop – does this mean it is not available?
If you cannot find a particular item in the shop, it means we’re sadly no longer ranging this item.
Do you deliver outside Australia?
We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia.
Can I order over the phone?
No, you can only order online
How do I place an order?
Log into your account using your email address and password under the MY ACCOUNT section (the round icon with a person inside) located at the top right hand side of the screen.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard
How much do I pay for postage?
There is a flat postage fee for all orders of $9.00. We offer free postage on all orders over $75.00. For value for money we recommend that you order several items at once.
Do you deliver to Parcel Lockers and/or PO boxes?
We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or storage PO boxes. All orders must contain a residential or business address in order for delivery to be fulfilled.
